and Conditions
Arrival:
Your car will arrive at the appointed time unless we are unable to do so
due to circumstances beyond his control
Damage/Soiling: Any malicious damage, deliberate
breakages or carelessness resulting in damage to the vehicle will be charged directly to the client. Any passenger causing
excessive soiling inside the vehicle will be charged for valeting
Licence/Insurance: Travel in
Style is a licensed operator and has full public/private hire insurance.
Travel in Style
will not carry more passengers than the insurance/licence permits
Smoking: Travel in Style have a NON-smoking policy. Convenient
stops can be made. Please inform us in advance if this is required to allow extra time for journey
Food and Drink: These maybe consumed by permission,
subject to soiling condition above
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not
secured until you receive confirmation, this will be by letter/fax/email/SMS. Please check your booking confirmation carefully
and inform Travel in Style of any errors. We will endeavour to check all flight details, connection times etc supplied by the client but Travel in Style cannot be responsible
for any errors, cancellations or timetable changes which result in loss of delay to the client or passengers
Liability: Every effort is made to get you
to your destination on time, Travel in Style is not liable for any loss due to delays caused by traffic jams, road works, road closures, diversions,
extreme weather conditions, collisions caused by other parties. IJH may cancel all services and refund in the event of a declared
national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage etc. Travel in Style accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any property or luggage
Accounts: Travel in Style will carry out work on
account for individuals/companies (the applicant) subject to status. Statements will be issued at end of month and payment
is required within 14 days of Statement
Payment:
Travel in Style
reserve the right to ask for a 50% deposit when making a non account booking, These can be made by cash or cheque. Where a
booking deposit has been accepted, the balance will be paid in advance of travelling. If you wish to pay by card, Travel in Style will need card details
before your journey. If a deposit has been taken we can return it to you upon full payment by card after journey it the customer
so wishes.
Cancellation: If you decide not to proceed
with your booking please contact Travel in Style as soon as possible, Travel in Style will only refund deposits up to 24 hours prior to journey start time. Wedding deposits are excluded
and are non-refundable.
Alterations: Travel in Style reserve the right to alter
T&Cs without notice. This will only affect new bookings made after the changes.
Surcharges: A 50% surcharge for Bank
Holidays, Sundays and Unsociable hours(11pm-6am), although these are at discretion so please ask at time of booking. Christmas
Day carries a 100% Surcharge.
